Safety of your Capital
Multiple checks and balances are in place to ensure the safekeeping of your assets as you are entitled to capital protection in the event of insolvency. Your assets aren't held by Senatus Wealth or any of our portfolio management syndicate members, but instead are held and protected by an independent custodian, such as NBCN Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Bank of Canada, one of the top 5 safest banks in the world, and others of similar strength, size and class like Fidelity Clearing and APEX Clearing depending upon your portfolio manager. This means that none of our advisors or any of the external advisors that we introduce you to will ever have direct access to your cash or investments. Your assets are managed by third party professional, licensed portfolio managers whom are governed by the Ontario Securities Commission in Ontario (OSC). If you require more information about the entities and the professionals whom manage and protect your capital, please email hello@senatuswealth.com and the appropriate member of our team will respond to your inquiry.
